Three good friends walk into a bar… By the time they emerge, they’ve written the plan for South Australia’s first and only specialty drive-thru coffee shop… Fast-forward to October 26, 2015 and First Things First Coffee are opening their doors to their very first customers at their Enfield store. Aaron Box, James Carrigg and Hana Goltz started First Things First Coffee on the notion that a quick coffee shouldn’t necessarily mean a bad coffee. They wanted to capture the essence of specialty coffee and translate that into something that works perfectly for the modern, time-poor person.

The Bagel house opened it’s doors in November 2019. 4 months before the pandemic. It has been an interesting journey but we believe if you want something so bad, you will get it. We wanted a good product, good service and happy customers. We have massive love for coffee and it took us a long time to choose which supplier we would use. After visiting many cafes around Melbourne it was actually in Queenscliff where we fell in love with the Woolshed blend. It’s originally from Geelong and we are so happy we brought it to Melbourne so we can share it with you.
