Bruno’s Truffles was originally conceived in Narrabundah, a suburb of Canberra, in 1984 by Bruno Ehrensperger, who immigrated to Australia from Switzerland in 1983. Bruno is a Swiss baker, pastry cook and confectioner by trade, and he happens to make THE most delicious chocolates! After arriving in Canberra in 1984, Bruno worked as a pastry cook and baker before starting his own business in Narrabundah making chocolates. In 2004 Bruno’s Truffels relocated to Mawson. Bruno has delighted his customers with his delicious hand-made chocolates and offers a range of more than 50 varieties, including 25 different fresh-cream, butter-based truffels.

They do not use artificial flavours, colours or preservatives. They ethically source our ingredients including cocoa beans we use, ensuring sustainability and traceability of our products.
