Workers’ Compensation, Workplace Accidents and Injuries, Motor Vehicle Accidents
I’m an expert in workers’ compensation cases and have 15 years’ experience helping people who have been injured in workplace accidents. I’m driven to ensure that people in tough situations are aware of their entitlements and are not taken advantage of or lost in the system. The workers’ compensation process can be stressful and overwhelming. My dedicated team and I are committed to ensuring this process is as streamlined as possible. We provide experience, knowledge, support and honest advice to help you navigate a complex system. My successful track record includes cases involving rejected claims, weekly payments, impairment lump sums and serious injury/common law negligence claims. I firmly believe that every client matters, and the small victories are just as important as the large. I see clients across Melbourne’s western suburbs including Sunshine, St Albans, Werribee and Melton; for me, it’s important that people can see a lawyer who understands and lives in their community.

Brady is an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law and a member of the Personal Injuries Specialist Accreditation Advisory Committee for the Queensland Law Society. He also worked in the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions in the late 1990s.
His career began in 1983 when he graduated from the University of Sydney with a degree in Economics and Law, after which he worked in the Tax Law division of a top-tier accounting firm and in some suburban law firms, first in Berala and then in Fairfield. As well as giving him vital experience in the relationship between the law and everyday life, the work Rad did in those years motivated him to set up his own practice. On 8 July 1985, he started Gajic Lawyers with one secretary, no files and a two-room office in Cabramatta. With its success in compensation cases, the practice had grown substantially. By 2011 the firm’s reach had expanded so much that a second office was opened in March 2012 in Parramatta.
