Dr Lisa Wang graduated with a Bachelor of Pharmacy (first-class honours) from the University of Sydney in 2008. Although she enjoyed patient care in pharmacy, she preferred to do something more hands-on. So, she completed a Bachelor of Dentistry at the University of Sydney in 2014. Lisa was awarded the John Stephen Hill Memorial Prize for proficiency in Clinical Restorative Dentistry.

Dr Thato Entaile Tidimane graduated with the Honours Degree of Bachelor of Dental Surgery at University College Cork – National University of Ireland, Cork, a constituent university of National University of Ireland – on the 16th June 2005. She worked in Botswana in the public service until December 2007. She continued on to service the Granite Belt under Queensland health. She later moved into private practice in January 2009 in Stanthorpe QLD until March 2011 when the family relocated to Canberra, where she continued in private practice.

Dr. Seung Hyun Kim has spent a lot of time keeping up-to-date with new, advanced dental techniques and technologies. After graduating, Dr. Kim gained his practical experience by working in several surgeries in Adelaide, Tanunda, Nowra and Canberra. Dr Gagandeep Sandhu grew up in India, graduating with a Bachelor of Dental Sciences in 2004 from Sri Guru Ramdass Institute of Dental Sciences and Research in Amritsar, Punjab. Dr Gaganwas registered to practice in Australia by the Australian Dental Council in 2011.
Dr Gagan is interested in all aspects of general dentistry, but particularly enjoys being able to care for people and helping them to smile again. Preventative dentistry is very important to Dr Gagan and her clinical interests include root canal therapy and aesthetic dentistry. You will find Dr Gagan is a very caring and gentle dentist and her past experiences include working on a mobile dental van, treating elderly patients in nursing homes.

Dunia graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery as well as a research degree of Bachelor of Science (Dentistry) (Hons) with First Class Honours. She completed her thesis on a topic related to root canal therapy. Dunia was selected to present her research at the International Association of Dental Research conference in London 2018. Her research has also been published in an international journal.
She is committed to providing evidence based care with compassion and empathy. Dunia is passionate about all aspects of dentistry but has a keen interest in cosmetic dentistry, extractions and working with children.

Dr Subin Dutta, principal dentist, has an interest in all facets of dentistry, especially cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics and implant dentistry. He strives to provide all his patients with the highest level of dental care. Subin graduated in 2002 and has obtained the National Dental board certification from USA. He has done courses in restorative dentistry in Southern California and at the National Centre for continuing education in Texas. He has also worked in medical / dental research in London. He has been practicing in Australia since 2005. Subin brings with him the experience of working across countries such as the United Kingdom and Australia.

Principal dentist, Dr David Trigger, was welcomed to the Wanniassa Dental Surgery practice in 1994. Originally from Queensland, Dr Trigger graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Dental Science in 1984. Following his studies, he spent several years working in large group dental practices in Toowoomba and Hobart before taking up the position of Regional Dental Officer in Katherine (NT). Later in 1990, Dr Trigger and his wife Georgina, moved to Canberra where he returned to private practice.

Christina graduated from The University of Queensland with Honours. She has worked in both public and private sectors in regional Queensland before making Canberra her home and joining the Blue Poppy Dental Care team.
Christina focuses on family orientated dentistry and she especially enjoys having children visit the practice. She loves cosmetic dental work including incorporating Invisalign clear aligner treatment to assist her patients gain a beautiful and healthy smile.
Communication skills are one of Christina’s greatest assets and she goes the extra mile to understand her patients concerns and to explain the best possible treatment options to her patients. An added bonus, Christina also speaks fluent Korean for any of our clients that this may assist.

Raised in Sydney, Dr Ann obtained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Sydney, graduating in 1997 with Honours. She has worked in both public and private sectors and has been part of the Preventive Dentistry team since 2004.
After working as a dentist, she wanted to pursue her personal interests and undertook studies at the Australian National University focusing on the areas of archaeology, biological anthropology, psychology and linguistics. In 2009, Dr Ann graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Graduate Diploma in Biological Anthropology.
