Ruby has been at the firm since November 2014. She started as the Office Junior, working in all the areas of the firm including Conveyancing , Family Law, Wills & Estates, Accounts and Administration. She is now working as a full time lawyer and was admitted in February 2019. This practical experience has been invaluable alongside her Law Degree and she has thorough knowledge of the day to day operations of a law firm. She also has experience in the areas of psychology having completed her Bachelor of Psychological Science. She has also completed her Graduate Diploma in Practical Legal Training at Leo Cussen Centre for Law in November 2018.

Jessica has been working as an Estate Planning lawyer for over 15 years. Her experience in both the public and private sector have seen her deal with a wide variety of clients. In her current practice, she tends to focus on clients with complex personal structures, offering Estate Planning solutions in a straightforward and friendly manner. She commenced Legal Essentials in 2005 with a vision to establish a firm that offered both excellence and a personal touch in Estate Planning and Administration.

Sam heads KCL Law’s Estate Group and practises principally in estate planning, estate administration, trusts, asset protection and estate disputes. He has provided estate planning solutions to some of Australia’s wealthiest individuals and provided advice in highly complicated and emotional estates. Sam is also a member of the firm’s Commercial and Corporate practice, and has expertise in a wide range of business-related matters, including sales of businesses, partnerships, joint ventures and structures.
