Established in 2020, borne of neccesity, Melbourne Food Truck Collective serves a dual purpose. We give some of Melbourne’s finest Food Trucks the opportunity to keep trading despite being in the midst of lockdown. We also give Melbournians a chance to savour some damm tasty street food. Our trucks and caterers are experts in serving the masses, getting large quantities of tasty street food out in a timely manner. As times have changed, so to has our model. It’s not from a truck window at your favourite music festival, or to the throngs at the Queen Vic Night Market (although we will undoubtedly catch you there on the flipside) it’s via a website and picked up from Malvern East (more locations coming soon) or delivered to your house by one of our delivery partners.
