Sandra Bahbah is an avid lover of cooking and travelling the world to find new taste sensations. Beginning as a Journalist in Perth, Sandra made her way to England as a Social Media Expert for four years before stopping over in Singapore for nearly a year. It was 2014 when life came full circle and Sandra decided it was time to set down roots by fulfilling her dream of opening a food trailer in Perth. Ancestral knowledge and passion for food sparked the urge to share the cultural heritage of her family through robust and aromatic freshly-made dishes that have been central in her life.

We have start our “Street Food” on 2004 and during that period, we only attend few event per year. However, our stall was very popular on every event, so we decided to start a pop-up stall regularly on market in Perth. Our first pop-up stall start from March 2015 in Growers Green Farmers Market in Fremantle every Sunday morning. We also attend few big Japanese event such as Japan Festival, Melville Matsuri and Chilled festival in Japanese school in Perth. After operating 1 year, we have built a food-van and start operating as a mobile food vendor.Our menu all comes from popular Japanese street food start from Takoyaki (Octopus ball), Yakisoba (Japanease fry noodle), and Gyoza (Japanese dumpling). We also cook traditional Japanese soup noodle “Ramen” and “Udon” in some events.
