In our café we make the choice to use local, organic & seasonal produce, aim to reduce our footprint by choosing to buy in bulk & work with local groups to recycle & donate our waste as much as possible. Once our delicious juice and milk are cold-pressed and bottled, we then put it through High-Pressure Pasteurisation. Microbes and pathogens cannot live in this high-pressure environment. This amazing process gives us a 10-week shelf life on juices and 3 weeks on our milk and retains the precious nutrients from the raw fruit and veggies. We never have to add preservatives or heat to treat our products.
